1. This Product should be used Strictly for Official Purpose only. No Personal Calls should be done from this Product.


2. Pls note that all Calls made or received through this Product are "Recorded".


3. Outbound Calls should only be done to Opt-In Customer Lists. (i.e. The Person has given his/her consent to receive calls from You)


4. Pls do not call Customers who have said "NOT Interested" and have asked to Opt-Out.


5. There should NOT be usage of Abusive or Filthy Language.


6. If there is any DND Complaint then You will have to provide Evidence of Opt-In from the Customer or Your Services would be immediately Terminated.


7. To avoid DND Complaints. Kindly Avoid Cold Calling (Wherein the Customer has no reference of Your Brand).


8. This Product would be available only during India Business Hours.


9. Fair Usage Policy. Although You can make Unlimited Calls from this Product. However, the Product can handle up to a maximum of 130% (One Hundred and Thirty percent) of the Customer’s Normal Communication Volume at any instance of time. By “Normal Communication Volume” we mean the average concurrent call or SMS volumes as recorded in your previous billing period.


10. SPAM Rules. Extensive calling to Customers List obtained from ad-hoc sources will invariably lead the numbers getting marked as SPAM. This has nothing to do with our Product. Once a number is marked as SPAM, Your Connectivity would reduce drastically and thereby impacting Your Productivity for the day. Hence, please practice adequate restraint. Also, once a number is marked SPAM, we would NOT be in a position to change that number as well.


11. International Calling. This Product does not provide this Feature.
